Before you submit

Requests should be submitted at least three weeks before the desired start date. Include final wording, display dates, and any artwork or media you already have.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, placement, or the requested schedule. Sunday service announcements and pre-service media are generally reserved for programs, ministries, and events that are relevant to the majority of our attenders and support our mission. Announcements intended for a smaller audience may be better suited for lobby displays or direct ministry communication.

The Media Team will review each request based on its audience, timing, and available space. We may recommend a different placement, adjust content for clarity, or decline requests that are not appropriate for the requested setting. We’ll follow up to confirm approved placement and scheduling.
